Grey & Eisenbraun Law has an immediate opening for a paralegal. The firm represents clients charged with significant felony charges in both federal and state court throughout South Dakota. The position requires conducting research, interviewing witnesses, assisting lawyers with drafting pleadings, assisting with trial preparation, client intake, and answering telephone calls and emails. Some client visitation at jail facilities may also be required.
The position is located in Rapid City. Pay is competitive and depending upon experience. The position will remain open until filled.
